Each service area that we can provide support on, has it’s own page where you can learn more about some of the specific services offered.  We do NOT provide pricing on these pages.  (see below for details)

These pages are by no means “all inclusive” of what we can potentially HELP! you with. They are merely meant to represent the most common projects, or the most common areas where our clients need HELP!.

And, each client project will be unique and may include only 1 specific service, or could include a combination of.

I have learned ONE MAJOR thing over the past 16 years.  It is that unless BOTH the client and the service provider clearly understand the project elements and the desired results, someone will “eat” a portion of their profit margins.  It can be either the client, who can end up paying too much for a smaller return, or the service provider who can end up spending too much time.

The only way I’ve found to eliminate this for everyone is by having a one-on-one, personal phone (highly preferable) call.  A “discovery call”, so that both sides of this equation can gain that clear and thorough understanding of one another.

This is a FREE consultation where you will explain and describe everything you need, and the service consultant will make notes and ask questions for clarification and or more information.

Once both parties mutually agree that everything has been discussed, we will then prepare a written Internet Service Support Quote, to forward for review.

The Quote includes:

• an outline of top level services (defined by Phase #’s)
• a bulleted list of Tasks associated with each Phase
• a price, per Phase and a delivery schedule

The Quote may also include “optional” service items that are chosen based on the project specifications, and may be of interest to the client.

The Quote allows for the client to “x” each Phase that they agree to contract us for, and returns the Quote back to us as a “Project Assigned”, authorizing us to proceed with the execution of this project.

We do require 50% of the total fees paid upon project launch, and the remaining balance due within 3 business days of the final draft being delivered to the client.

So again, the process is:

• review our Service pages to identify which area you believe you need HELP! with
• visit the NEXT STEP to request a free consultation
• answer the phone when we call within 24 business hours
• discuss your project specifications with one of our experienced Service Consultants
• read your email within the next 24 business hours to retrieve the Internet Support Services Quote.
• place an “x” to authorize those Phases you wish for us to complete for you
• save the Quote, and send it back to us via email
• and of course, process the deposit payment
